Wouldn't it make for great public relations if Simon (Property Group, the owners of Northgate Mall) could find a way to include a daylighted creek in the midst of its hotel, mondo movie house, and residential development? Someone should invite them to have a look at the area surrounding the Mountlake 9 theaters. There's a great creek there, including a bridge between parking lots.
